1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji7 platform and all its services. By browsing the baji7 website (baji7.cam), registering, or using any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. baji7 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

The Bengali version of these Terms is provided for the convenience of users. In the event of any interpretation or dispute, the original English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use services on baji7. Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. baji7 may request identity documents to verify age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

• Full legal name (as on your national ID)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Correct date of birth
• Payment method details (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)

Registering with false information may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all balances. Each person may open only one account.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

baji7 provides services exclusively to users in Bangladesh. Access from countries where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. baji7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a failure to secure your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

baji7 may request the following documents to verify your identity at any time:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Opening multiple accounts from the same person, family, address, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all bonuses.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds on baji7 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). baji7 does not charge transaction fees, however your payment provider may apply their own fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus:

• The first deposit must be ৳200 or more
• Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (deposit + bonus)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus

5.2 Promotional Offers

baji7 provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated alongside the offer. General bonus terms:

• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time
• If misuse of promotional terms is detected, the bonus will be cancelled
• baji7 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion

5.3 VIP Program

The baji7 VIP Program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving to a higher level increases the weekly cashback rate — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. VIP level is determined based on your activity on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

baji7 ensures a fair and transparent environment across all games. Our games are technically certified and operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to influence game outcomes will result in account closure.

6.2 Betting Terms

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except for specific cash-out options in sports betting)
• If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, it will be considered cancelled and the stake will be refunded
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, baji7's server log will be considered the final authority
• Specific rules apply to each event in cricket, football, and other sports betting

6.3 Game Providers

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji7 platform:

• Attempting to manipulate the platform's games or betting system through any software or technique
• Stealing another user's identity or providing fraudulent information
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or bonus hunting

• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other members
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment account
• Participating in any form of collaborative betting or match fixing

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, baji7 may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

All content on the baji7 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of baji7. Copying, distributing, or reusing these without permission is a violation of copyright law.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Written permission is required to use baji7 content for any commercial purpose or for any third party.

9 Limitation of Liability

baji7 is not liable in the following cases:

• Games being interrupted due to internet connectivity issues
• Services being interrupted due to technical errors or system maintenance
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or the actions of a third party
• External events (natural disasters, political circumstances) that affect the service

In any circumstance, baji7's maximum liability will be limited to the actual deposit amount present in your account.
